FAQs

What does Marchitech really do?

We are consultants in Property Management and Facilities Management.
We provide expert and strategic advice to help you maximize the use, profitability and operations of your facilities or property by assessing your people, processes and technology.
Do you have a temporary vacancy due to maternity leave or illness? We also provide interim facility and property managers.

What is the difference between property management and facilities management?

Although the two are closely related, they are not interchangeable. Property management primarily refers to the ownership and management of the building, property and tenants. Facilities management is more focused on people and services. The Property Manager works for investors who own real estate for profit while the Facilities Manager work for the users of real estate who either own or lease their properties. (www.bfma.bg)

How do your fees work?

Our workshops are offered to organizations and are packaged based on the number of attendees. We believe that our Introduction to Sustainable Facilities Management program is most effective if at least 2 members of any organization participate so that there is ongoing support and partnership in moving towards achieving sustainability goals.
For other services, we offer an initial free consultation to determine what is required to get you aligned with your goals.

Is the workshop offered virtually?

Our workshops are offered both virtually and face to face. We facilitate the preference of the attendees or organization.
